Vertical Compliance
Simplify the challenges
and complexity of regulatory compliance for the email environment
The Echoworx suite of products can help organizations reduce the challenges and complexity of regulatory compliance by allowing IT and Administrators total control of their email environment. It provides them with the tools needed to help them comply with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, and others.
These tools can help organizations identify compliance issues and manage their infrastructure. Once applied, they can re-direct, prevent distribution or encrypt confidential information based on pre-defined policies.
In addition, Echoworx reporting capabilities allow managers to audit the way employees are sharing confidential information and allow them to make changes based on organizational policies and compliance requirements.
The Echoworx policy engine automatically enforces compliance. All encrypted messages are digitally signed and can be validated to prove compliance as and when required.
Because every organization has a unique way of reporting information, this highly customizable policy engine can be developed to suit specific business needs. Echoworx engineers will work with company Compliance Officers to enable existing policies housed in Echoworx’ policy templates, as well as assist in adding more policies based on their specific requirements.
Once an organization is up and running, Echoworx engineers will monitor the engine to ensure that the policies are effectively filtering the right information and make changes on the fly to ensure compliance needs are met.
The Echoworx policy engine protects email by:
- Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all confidential information
- Preventing the disclosure of any confidential information that is not permitted or required
- Ensuring that system information is available for auditing purposes
- Providing authentication so that specific workers or entities are who they say they are
