- Once logged in the user has access to their inbox which includes all sent, received and deleted messages
- From the inbox they can easily compose and send encrypted messages
- When a new encrypted message is received, the user receives a message alert

Encrypted Message Exchange is a secure web-based portal that enables disparate organizations to work together and share confidential information within a secure environment.
With Encrypted Message Exchange, organizations have the power to enforce employees, customers and partners to exchange data in a highly secure environment. All messages in the portal are digitally signed and all data remains encrypted while stored in the portal.
This fully-hosted solution adheres to the most stringent security standards, is completely auditable, allows for unlimited file sizes, and does not require any extra investment in hardware, software or IT resources.
No software downloads or training is required. Users simply login to the portal.
The administrator monitors portal usage to ensure compliance at all times.

The portal is fully branded with the organization’s logo, colors, etc. and ensures that the brand equity of the company is maintained with each encrypted message.
Audit and Tracking
The intuitive user interface makes the portal easy to use. Besides sending, receiving and opening encrypted messages, users get full reporting capabilities. The easy to use audit function allows users to see when messages are received and read, while the search capability enables searching of messages based on date, time or subject.
Recipients who do not subscribe to Encrypted Mail are notified to pick up encrypted messages from a secure web portal. They set up an account and choose “activate” to decrypt their message. The same account can be used for all future encrypted messages.
